"Dear Craig and Tina,
Craig, you are just plain awesome! You/we conquered the rapids on the river like butter on hot pancakes ... just sliding over the white water and coming out (relatively) dry and happy on the other side. Thank you for your expertise and knowledge of the river.
As for the fish ... nothing else we have ever done/fished can compare. Zane Grey may not have liked those "half pounders" but we thought they were an awesome catch! And those steel head! I will never forget chasing the biggest fish I've ever caught -- oh and those two whales that Mr. Paiva got too.
Thank you Tina for your arrangements and support of Rogue River Outfitters. We loved having a special salad everyday -- and could have eaten just that -- but there were so many other yummy choices. I must get that broccoli slaw recipe!
We look forward to seeing you again on the Rogue River. Until then, travel safe and enjoy the great Oregon outdoors (we are jealous).

Hello from St Louis! My daily routine will never be the same. My mind's eye is still filled with canyon walls and rapids! I still feel the heavy surge of wild steelhead taking the lure. I'll never forget the banter and camaraderie and fabulous meals and the fly fishing lessons. Your outfit made me an "American Sportsman" for a weekend that I'll never forget!!

"Our family has fished with Craig and Tina, we have rafted the rogue with them also. One thing that always is important to us on our outdoor adventures is to have an owner operator experience. Ive always found that with the owner involved in the trip the quality is so much better. With Craig and Tina we have always found them involved, or even on each trip. "Tina, just wanted to thank you again for everything. We were obviously sorry that Craig couldn’t join us. However, Tom, Bob and Doug were definitely holding up the very high standards that the Hughson’s are known for. They were wonderful guides (and awesome cooks) and we, of course, thoroughly enjoyed those great lunches that you always put together.
I hope the rest of your summer goes well and we will again have wonderful family memories because of the Hughson’s and their great guides.
