Cancellation Policy:

 

Regarding COVID-19

We have been forced to modify our cancelation policy due to COVID-19 pandemic. Below is a list of the updates made, we will return to our standard policy as soon as possible.

  • • If you have paid in full for your trip and we are unable to run it you will receive 50% back.
  • • If you are able to reschedule your trip for another trip this season ( example: Deschutes for a Rogue trip or go on a later date same trip ) we will forward all payments to your rescheduled trip.
  • • If you are able to reschedule this years trip to next year, we will aply 25% of this years deposit to next years trip. You will loose 25% of your deposit
  • • If you must cancel and cannot reschedule you will loose your deposit. The last thing we want to do is to keep your money but we have already paid many pre-season expenses.

Please check into Travel Insurance!  We highly recommend that everyone purchase Travel Insurance.

Once we have received your 50% deposit then your reservation will be confirmed.  Your trip balance will be due 30 days prior to trip start date. Due to expenses on our end, once payments are received there will be no refunds, we will do our very best to fill your vacated spaces and you are welcome to fill them as well. One of the things that pains us the most is holding someone’s money when they have to cancel their river trip, so please look into Travel Insurance.
