Cancellation Policy

Please review carefully:  Our cancellation policy is intended to protect both ourselves and your vacation investment.

There will be NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING of our trips due to cancellation.  Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance (Cancel For Any Reason, or CFAR).  NOTE: In most cases, insurance companies require you to purchase the insurance within 21 days of paying your initial deposit to us.

Once we receive your deposit, your reservation is confirmed. We hire staff and book lodging at this point, which are not refundable to us for any reason.  On the Deschutes, Grande Ronde and Rogue Rivers, trip capacity is strictly regulated by law, and your cancellation may mean we cannot sell spaces to others.  Because of this, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including a pandemic.

“Trip Cancellation” is defined as 1) You cancel the trip with us, or 2) We cancel the trip if a situation arises that makes it impossible for us to perform our duties in providing your trip.  In both cases, all the money you have paid us to that point is non-refundable.

Therefore, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance will reimburse you if you cancel due to, but not limited to, illness, injury, smoke, natural fire, flood, or other acts of nature.  In addition, it will reimburse up to 75% of your trip cost under the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) policy if your trip is cancelled due to Oregon State mandate restrictions, such as a pandemic or to situations that make it impossible for us to perform a trip for reasons beyond our control.

No cash refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
